How long does it take until I receive my withdrawal?

To withdraw your funds, you'll need to temporarily stop trading and wait for the cycle to complete. Withdrawals usually take 2 to 6 hours, but in rare cases can take 24 to 48 hours. If you encounter any issues, our support team is here to help.

How to avoid Phishing?

To protect against phishing, it's important to think critically about the emails you receive. Ask yourself if you were expecting the email and if the information being requested is relevant to the sender. If there is any doubt, try to contact the sender through a different means. Additionally, you can check the content of the email by searching for it on a search engine to see if there are any records of phishing attacks that use that specific method. If you receive a legitimate request to confirm your account credentials, try to do so through different means instead of clicking the link within the email. When checking URLs, hover over the link to see if it starts with HTTPS, but keep in mind that this alone is not a guarantee that the site is legitimate. Also, be sure to never share your private keys and be vigilant when dealing with cryptocurrency transactions as there is no central authority to dispute a charge if you never received the good or service that was agreed upon.

How to withdraw?

To withdraw funds from our application, log in to your account and navigate to the the withdraw button. Enter the amount you would like to withdraw and insert the destinated Wallet ID to. Review and confirm the details of the withdrawal, including any applicable fees. If you enabled 2FA you will get asked to enter the OTP to verify the transaction. Enter the details to complete the withdrawal process. Keep the transaction reference you receive by e-mail for your records. Please note that withdrawal requests are subject to verification and may take several hours to process. If you have any issues or concerns, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

What is the meaning of the orange indicator icon?

As the name implies - it indicates that your request is pending.
The Pending icon appears after:
• Enabling or Disabling AI Input
• Withdraw
• Deposit
• Adjusting Trading Settings

How can I get some “fancy” experience?

For a more “fancy” experience you can enable our Fancy mode on the top right corner in our Dashboard.

How do your system handle stop loss?

How does your feature Insight work?

In our Insight section, you can have an insight about the AI's forecasts of each Pool's performance during the upcomming 4 days. As the name implies, it’s a prediction and making decisions based on it depends on the amount of risk you are willing to take.
Pools are divided into 5 categories:
(0-25, 26-50, 51-75, 76-101, 100-125)

Based on the possibilities of them being most profitable in the upcoming 4 days.
0-25 & 51-75 categories are considered less profitable but changes are never inevitable.
We recommend considering the 76-100 category as a balanced option, but please keep in mind that there is always a possibility for other pools to perform differently.
AIVAX considers pools in the 100-125 category to have higher potential for both gains and losses. It is recommended to thoroughly evaluate before making an investment decision in this category.

How can I display my deposit/withdrawal history?

We implemented a button in our Dashboard labeled "Export Deposit / Withdraw Data" to both Webparts "Latest Trades" and "Trade History".
Once you you click this button, you'll receive a complete history of your deposits and withdrawals in a .csv file.

What happens if I do not login for a long time?

No matter for how long you are away, if you have Bitcoins left in your balance, our trading AI will keep multiplying your funds if you had not disabled the trading setting before you left. To cease the AI from trading your funds go to Dashboard and turn off AI’s trading setting in the AI Input section.

Can I access my profile from various devices at the same time?

You can access your profile from multiple devices simultaneously by logging in with your correct email and password. This allows you to monitor and manage your profile conveniently and flexibly, regardless of your location or device.

How does the Profitability frame work?

Our profitability frame is an essential tool that can help you gain valuable insights into the performance of your trades. You will have an detailed overview about both the positive and negative trades that have been executed since the start of your trading journey.
This comprehensive view of your trading history allows you to assess your overall profitability and identify any areas for improvement. By analyzing the data provided in this section, you can make informed decisions and adjust your trading strategy to optimize your results.
With our user-friendly interface and intuitive design, it's easy to navigate and understand the information presented in the profitability frame.
Whether you're a seasoned trader or just starting out, this tool can provide you with valuable insights and help you stay on top of your trading game.

How can I secure my account?

Step 1: Use a strong password and change it regularly.
You should use strong and unique passwords for all of your accounts on the internet.
This is especially true for those that have value - such as your accounts holding your funds. Ideally, these passwords should be more than eight characters long and contain both upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters.

Step 2: Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Enabling two-factor authentication should be one of the first things you do after creating your account. AIVAX supports SMS type to use the 2FA service.

Step 3: Learn about phishing
Phishing is a type of attack where a malicious actor pretends to be someone else (such as a company) in order to get your personal information. It's one of the most common attacks and you should be wary of it.

What are common signs for Phishing?

There are several signs that an email may be a phishing attempt, including:

  • The sender's email address is slightly different from the legitimate one, such as by a single letter or character.
  • The email requests personal or financial information, such as passwords or credit card numbers.
  • The email creates a sense of urgency or panic, such as claiming that an account will be closed if you do not respond.

  • The email contains generic greetings such as "Dear valued customer" instead of your name.
  • The email includes a suspicious attachment or link or asks you to download any software.
  • The email or message is not addressed directly to you but to a generic email address or phone number.
  • The email contains a sense of threat or request to share your private information.
  • The email does not align with the usual communication you receive from that entity.
    For example, if you are not receiving any emails from your bank, it might be a phishing attempt.


If you suspect an email may be a phishing attempt, do not respond to it, do not click on any links or download any attachments, and do not share any personal or financial information.

What does AI Input mean?

AI Input indicates if your funds are being traded by our artificial intelligence or not. It enables by default as you make your first deposit, which means our AI will start trading your funds instantaneously. As you disable AI Input, a pending icon will appear beside the Balance info icon, which indicates that your funds are still in the trading process and your request is pending until AI finishes the last trading cycle.

Can your trading AI make more negative decisions than positive?

IVAX is designed for both experienced and beginner investors, hence we have created a trading AI, which makes the most profitable decisions rapidly and securely to guarantee that the number of wins are always considerably significant in positive-negative ratio. Additionally to that you will be able to follow the numbers of negative and positive trades inside the Profitability section in your Dashboard.

Does the system do Market Orders?

At AIVAX, our advanced AI technology is designed to execute trades quickly and efficiently, helping our clients take advantage of the latest market trends. Our AI system is capable of executing a market order immediately, or carrying out a purchase/sale based on predetermined parameters. Before each order is executed, our AI system conducts a thorough plausibility check to ensure that the decision to trade is still valid. This helps to minimize any potential losses and ensures that trades are only executed when the market conditions are optimal. In addition to executing trades, our AI system keeps a record of the results for each trade, allowing you to track your performance and make informed decisions for future trades. How to use interval in Trade Settings?

There are 3 interval settings for the AI to set:
Short Term, Mid Term, Long Term.

Short Term method only applies to markets including possible frequent fluctuations, hence enabling Forex method is not allowed.

Mid Term method applicable for both crypto and forex markets and the client can configure Forex and Swap options as they opt for.

Long Term method is best applicable for forex market, since it’s more stable.
Due to it’s frequent fluctuations in price, crypto market is not suitable for this method, hence enabling Swap method is not allowed.

There are a few steps involved to get back into your AIVAX account once you've been locked out.
They're similar to the steps you took when you signed up for AIVAX.

1. You'll need your AIVAX email address and password

Contact our customer support. Be aware that you will need to complete an identity verification to ensure it's actually you trying to get back into your account. The account recovery process usually takes 48-72 hours to complete but can sometimes take longer.
